Delivery Manager

The role is about:
We are developing a comprehensive financial platform combining payments, banking and card issuing capabilities. The product department is owning the product vision and have product teams to drive it forward. We aim to serve various types of businesses across the globe like to empower them with financial services through one single platform and integration. A delivery manager plays a key role in the development of core product value with a main goal to support product teams in the domain through coordination with other domains, stakeholders and clients, help to resolve dependencies and keep everyone involved up-to-date.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus or Poland or Lithuania or Portugal

Reporting Line: Senior Delivery Manager

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders to align priorities.
• Collaborate with team leads and engineering managers to plan work, monitor progress, and help increase team efficiency and velocity.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across multiple teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain ownership of the domain roadmap and provide regular status updates.
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a product expert and technical point of contact when coordinating development initiatives with third-party providers and customers.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Managers on bigger domain initiatives.

You are a highly organized and proactive Delivery Manager who excels at driving projects from inception to completion. With strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, you ensure teams stay aligned, deadlines are met, and roadblocks are removed. Your ability to balance strategy and execution makes you a key player in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.

What We`re Looking for :

Experience:

• 3+ years in a Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Engineering Manager role within a bank, fintech, financial software vendor, or service provider.
• Proven track record of implementing complex products both internally and directly to customers.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership skills with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in Python programming is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of HTTP and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with ticketing and tracking systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge (Nice to Have):

• Understanding of the payments and banking industry is a great advantage.

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Initial Interview - A 30-40 minute conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experience, career goals, and expectations.

Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview - A online video discussion for 45-60 minutes with the Senior Delivery Manager (Hiring Manager) focused on diving deeper into your experience and skills.

Step 3: Technical Assignment - A take-home test designed to showcase your skills. You'll have up to 5-7 days to complete it in a single attempt (estimated time: 60-90 minutes).

Step 4: Final Behavioral Interview - A online video discussion of 45-60 minutes focused on team fit and collaboration with our Senior Delivery Manager, Head of TA and CTO. This is your chance to dive deeper into our culture and align on expectations.
