Financial Analyst Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions, analyzing payment data to support strategic decision-making, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align on financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial transactions by conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective measures.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze payment data to support strategic decision-making and prepare detailed reports on transaction volumes, fee structures, operational costs, and performance against financial KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on financial processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure efficient execution of payment operations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in payment and reconciliation workflows and propose process improvements and automation tools to enhance accuracy, transparency, and operational scalability.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, procedures, and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop logical and persuasive approaches.
  • English proficiency of B1 level or higher.
