Key Position Available: PSP Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Service Provider (PSP) manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about payment systems and has a strong understanding of the financial industry.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our global portfolio of Payment Service Providers to ensure seamless, secure, and cost-effective payment experiences for our clients. This will involve identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing PSPs, as well as negotiating commercial agreements, SLAs, and integration timelines with payment partners.

The PSP manager will also be responsible for monitoring PSP performance, including transaction success rates, costs, and uptime, and implementing improvements where necessary. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal Tech teams to integrate PSPs into platforms such as CRM, cashier, and back office systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize global PSP portfolio
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing PSPs
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, and integration timelines with payment partners
  • Monitor PSP performance and implement improvements where necessary
  • Collaborate with internal Tech teams to integrate PSPs into platforms
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in PSP management, ideally within the fintech or payments industries
  • Deep understanding of online payment methods, including acquiring, e-wallets, wire transfers, and crypto
  • Familiarity with international PSPs and multi-currency ecosystems
  • Knowledge of payment platforms like Praxis and other cashier solutions
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Technical understanding of payment APIs, CRM, and back-office systems is a plus
