About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic SMM Specialist to drive our clients social media presence and engage their audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, photos, videos, and news).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor customer feedback and reviews.
  • Manage the design and branding of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Implement promotions, competitions, and innovative social media features to increase engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SMM Specialist or Social Media Manager within iGaming B2C.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and digital engagement.
  • Strong copywriting and creative content production skills (text, image, video).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Native or Bilingual Spanish speaker and proficiency in English.
