The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including TV, radio, print, and digital.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with creative teams to develop effective ad creatives and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct research to identify new advertising opportunities and negotiate with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
  • Track and report on advertising spend and ROI, providing insights to inform future campaign strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a media buyer is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English language.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A native level of Italian or other language will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is preferred but not required.
