
Onboarding Strategist

Join our team as a Onboarding & Client Portal Product Manager to contribute to the growth and success of our globally regulated Australian broker.
This is an exciting opportunity for a product management professional to develop and execute strategies to streamline the client onboarding process and enhance the overall user experience within our Client Portal. As an experienced product manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive onboarding strategies, analysing user feedback and business goals to prioritise new features and enhancements, and ensuring seamless integration with KYC/AML systems and other relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy, underpinned by a strong Product Vision, clearly defined Outcomes (OKRs) and an aligned Roadmap.
- Analyse and improve the user experience throughout the onboarding process, from initial registration to account activation and beyond.
- Identify and address pain points in the onboarding funnel to increase the percentage of users who successfully complete the process.
- Ensure seamless integration with KYC/AML systems, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Prioritise new features and enhancements for the onboarding process and Client Portal based on user feedback, business goals, identified outcomes and industry best practices.
- Regularly assess and improve existing onboarding flows and processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensure that all onboarding processes comply with evolving global KYC/AML regulations and account processing requirements.
- Track key metrics, such as conversion rates, time to activation, and user satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within a Trading or Fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of the client onboarding process, including KYC/AML procedures, with a strong track record of driving and delivering positive business outcomes for a Global business.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyse data, and translate insights into product requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to work with technical teams on product development, system integration, and platform architecture.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
