Client Onboarding Strategist

This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the overall client onboarding experience.

The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to streamline the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new users. This includes optimising the user journey, enhancing conversion rates, and integrating with other systems while adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy, underpinned by a strong Product Vision, clearly defined Outcomes (OKRs) and an aligned
  • Product Roadmap, which focuses on user experience, efficiency, conversion optimisation and retention
  • Ensure seamless integration with KYC/AML systems, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms
  • Work closely with engineering, compliance, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
  • Track key metrics, such as conversion rates, time to activation, and user satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Compliance, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support
  • Identify and address pain points in the onboarding funnel to increase the percentage of users who successfully complete the process
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product progress, performance, and strategic shifts

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within a Trading or Fintech environment
  • Strong understanding of the client onboarding process, including KYC/AML procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyse data, and translate insights into product requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
  • Ability to work with technical teams on product development, system integration, and platform architecture
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of KYC/AML regulations within a highly regulated industry
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Educated to at least degree level in a related field
