Job Title: Key Account Acquisition Specialist

As a Key Account Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities into loyal clients.

  • Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to convert initial interest into long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain high levels of outbound communication and engagement throughout the day.
  • Ensure all conversions meet minimum eligibility criteria or sales thresholds.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer retention teams to provide feedback on lead quality and improve handover processes.
  • Accurately log all interactions, follow-up activities, and client notes in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or lead conversion roles is an advantage.
  • Exposure to fast-paced sales environments or high-volume call centers is beneficial.
  • Industry experience in financial services, fintech, or similar sectors is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to maintain focus, discipline, and motivation throughout repetitive tasks and long call sessions.
  • Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a structured, metric-oriented environment.
  • Quick learner with a desire to grow and develop professionally.
