Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment & HR Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent. Additionally, you will support onboarding processes and various HR-related tasks to enhance our team's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding procedures, facilitating a positive experience for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in developing and executing HR policies and initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, training programs, and HR administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience with a significant emphasis on recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (preferably Workable) and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
