About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PPC advertising, with a proven track record of driving high-quality traffic and conversions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as monitoring campaign performance in real-time and optimizing for quality traffic and lead/acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time and optimize for quality traffic and lead/acquisition goals.
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to request or brief ad assets and materials.
  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to enhance performance.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising standards and platform-specific regulations.
  • Identify and scale successful campaigns while managing acquisition costs efficiently.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Native or fluent English language skills (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, preferably in sectors such as finance, tech, or online services.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality, converting traffic in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced and results-driven environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
