Job Title: System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team at TOPTALENT. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems as needed to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage and oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery procedures to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical challenges and improve system efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including training and guidance on IT systems, software, and applications.
  • Report and document any unusual events or security incidents to ensure prompt action and minimize risk.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), Entra, Intune, AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VoIP, and FortiGate technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
  • Previous experience in a similar role from FX is a must.
  • Solid understanding of network security practices and antivirus software.
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
