Job Title: Conversion and Retention Specialists

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels to convert inquiries into sales.

  • Contact existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Proactively engage with clients to encourage ongoing business.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.

  • Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker; native or fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
