Job Description

As a FX Trainee Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for proactively contacting warm leads to convert initial interest or registrations into first-time transactions or sales.

You will guide prospective clients through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support to facilitate account activation or purchase.

  • Maintain high outbound call volume and active engagement throughout the day.
  • Ensure all conversions meet minimum eligibility criteria or sales thresholds.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer retention teams to provide feedback on lead quality and improve handover processes.
  • Accurately log all interactions, follow-up activities, and client notes in the CRM or tracking system.

A strong understanding of financial markets and trading infrastructure is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or lead conversion roles is an advantage.
  • Exposure to fast-paced sales environments or high-volume call centers is beneficial.
  • Industry experience in financial services, fintech, or similar sectors is a plus.
