This is a hands-on product role driving the strategy, development, and optimization of our onboarding journey and client portal experience. You will collaborate across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless and efficient account creation and management processes, supporting our growth and customer satisfaction in the fintech and trading space.

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Responsibilities:
  • Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for client onboarding and client portal products in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding strategy underpinned by a strong product vision, clear outcomes (OKRs), and an aligned product roadmap focused on user experience, efficiency, conversion optimization, and retention.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through to delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Analyse and improve the user journey throughout the onboarding process, from registration to account activation and general account management.
  • Identify and address pain points in the onboarding funnel to increase conversion rates and reduce time-to-activation.
  • Ensure seamless integration with KYC/AML systems, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering, compliance, sales, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Prioritise new features and enhancements for the onboarding process and client portal based on user feedback, business goals, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and optimise existing onboarding flows and processes to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving KYC/AML and account management regulations and ensure all processes remain compliant.
  • Track and report on key KPIs and OKRs, such as conversion rates, activation time, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on product progress, performance, and strategic direction.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in onboarding, account management, or client portal products within the Trading, Brokerage, or Fintech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the client onboarding process, including KYC/AML procedures, and the ability to translate regulatory and business needs into customer-centric solutions.
  • Solid experience in optimising user journeys and driving conversion improvement.
  • Strong understanding of platform integrations with KYC/AML, CRM, and payment systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Degree-level education in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in Brokerage/Trading onboarding processes is a plus but not required.
