About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Officer to join our team at ART2HIRE. As a visionary product leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of online gambling by delivering innovative, data-driven product strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience working in the iGaming industry, with a strong grasp of key casino metrics such as GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, and Bonus Cost/Rate. You should have demonstrated ability to craft and execute product strategies and roadmaps that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with our CEO and senior management team to define and align a mid-to-long-term product vision, ensuring a clear strategic direction for all product development teams.
  • Establish Product Roadmaps: Develop and oversee processes, roadmaps, and strategies to guarantee seamless product delivery aligned with the company's overarching vision.
  • Leverage Market Insights: Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and product performance data to define consumer metrics and KPIs, guiding our marketing team in ongoing product improvement.
  • Build High-Performing Teams: Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring exceptional talents, nurturing future leaders, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and inspiring cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Chief Product Officer with extensive knowledge of online casinos.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and management capabilities, fostering collaboration and high performance across cross-functional teams.
  • Culture Fit: Comfortable navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry and company environment.
