IT Technical Support Professional

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and maintenance for our systems, ensuring seamless operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and POS systems.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows/Mac OS systems, printers, networks, and hospitality-specific applications.
  • SUPPORTING AND MAINTAINING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (PMS), POINT OF SALE (POS) SYSTEMS, AND RESERVATION PLATFORMS.
  • Monitoring system performance and performing proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Solid understanding of hotel and restaurant operational systems (PMS, POS, back-office software).
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VoIP, and CCTV systems.
  • Familiarity with administrative aspects of hospitality business (e.g., reporting, inventory, reservations, billing systems).
