Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreign Exchange Trader to join our team at Emerald Zebra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support risk management by analyzing broker client activity and ensuring smooth operations, closely monitoring exposures, positions reconciliation, PnL, and swap calculations.
  • Set up and administer Broker Client Bridges and Broker Maker Connections, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Monitor and correct exposure mismatches in the STP environment, ensuring they remain within risk limit policies.
  • Supervise broker client executions and exposures, identifying potential risks and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Analyze broker client activity to detect any cases of predatory trading or abuse of the environment, such as latency trades or swap abuse.
  • Generate customized profitability reports for both Trading Desk PnL on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Assist with risk management and internal/external exposures, working closely with the team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Adhere to internal Trading Desk/Dealing Room policies and procedures, providing first-line support and communication to liquidity broker clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Forex Dealer or Trader.
  • CySec certificate (Basic or Advanced) is considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • Proficient in using trading platforms (MT4/MT5), order management systems, and analytical tools.
  • Experience with Admin/Manager and one of the following Broker Client Bridges: FXCubic, OneZero, Centroid, YourBourse, and MT5 Administrator.
  • Excellent understanding of technical analysis, chart patterns, and indicators.
  • Good understanding of relevant regulations, including AML and KYC procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in shifts according to a predetermined schedule.
