We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key part of our agile workforce, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders through various communication channels.

This role involves overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms. You will enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process and handle any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.

You will also execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the examination & certification process.
  • Overseeing online proctoring activities, enforcing exam rules, and handling technical or procedural issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar position or function would be an asset.
  • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
