As a B2B CRM Manager, you will develop and implement multi-channel strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. Your focus will be on creating tailored experiences for our clients' B2B brands.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field. You should possess proven CRM experience within the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of CRM systems like Optimove and Salesforce. Data analytics and reporting skills are also essential for this role.

You will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive promotions and offers that align with our business objectives. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and monitoring competitors to maintain best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer behavior and assess its impact on business KPIs
  • Segment customers based on behaviors to tailor offers and promotions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive promotion and offers
