We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retention Agent to join our team in Latin America.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, possesses strong communication skills, and has a deep understanding of the LATAM region's financial markets, cultural preferences, and trading behavior.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building positive business relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following all company guidelines in terms of compliance regulations.

In addition, we require the ability to work with CRM platforms, possess strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, and have a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer requests
  • Supporting existing customers while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Establishing positive business and customer relationships

  • FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY GUIDELINES IN TERMS OF COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a retention agent in the Forex industry
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM region's financial markets, cultural preferences, and trading behavior
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly motivated - Dynamic and determined personality
  • Excellent communication skills
