Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
  • Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
