IT Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled IT support professional to join our dynamic team. As an IT support specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, as well as maintain accurate records and reports.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and handling user requests in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Providing technical support and guidance to employees on various software applications and hardware devices;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of all technical issues and resolutions;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to technical problems;

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and their installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with IT asset management systems and mobile device management solutions;
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN etc.).
