Job Title: LATAM Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in the LATAM market.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Sales Support: Assist existing customers with their trading needs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized support.
  • Compliance: Ensure all interactions with customers adhere to company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience as a retention agent in the forex industry is essential.
  • Languages: Native Spanish speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LATAM region's financial markets, cultural preferences, and trading behavior.
  • Crm platforms: Experience using CRM platforms to manage customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
