We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of VIP to lead our team in delivering exceptional player experiences.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing player relationships, striving to increase player growth and retention. A strong leader with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving is essential. This individual will have a strategic mindset both in people management and market performance, working to create the perfect environment for the highest level of VIP player management.
The Head of VIP will oversee the productivity of the VIP team, monitor the quality of the VIP service, meet and exceed VIP financial targets, communicate and liaise with other departments, and implement multi-market/brand player growth and retention strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years experience in a Team Leader or Head of VIP role in the iGaming industry
- Data-driven decision-making ability with an analytical approach
- Setting and delivering KPIs for the VIP department
- VIP management experience is a must
- Proven experience of building and managing relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English plus any other European language
- Negotiation skills
- Learning and development opportunities and interesting challenging tasks
