An esteemed international iGaming solutions provider is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its teams in Limassol and Larnaca.
This leadership position focuses on player engagement, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Player Relationship team to deliver outstanding service through various communication channels.
- Maintaining strict compliance with Responsible Gaming obligations, specifically tailored actions for UK jurisdictions, including safer gambling messaging, risk monitoring, and escalation procedures.
- Overseeing VIP player management under non-UK jurisdictions, engaging high-value players with tailored communication strategies while respecting compliance requirements.
- Managing and optimizing player communication automations, encompassing CRM campaigns, chatbot workflows, and digital engagement tools.
- Handling complex and sensitive player cases, including RG escalations, VIP complaints, and cross-departmental issues.
- Collaborating closely with Compliance, Payments, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified approach that aligns with company policies.
- Analyzing team performance and player behavior data, generating actionable insights for senior management.
- Identifying automation and AI opportunities to improve player journey efficiency.
- Coaching and mentoring the team, promoting a culture of responsibility, compliance, and player protection.
- Overseeing scheduling and workforce planning for adequate coverage across all player contact channels.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in managing teams within a Player Relationship/VIP/Customer Support function in the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of Responsible Gaming practices, particularly jurisdiction-specific requirements (especially UKGC and MGA).
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools, CRM systems, automation tools, and chatbot technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Strong people management skills with a focus on coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- iGaming experience focused on regulated jurisdictions required.
