Customer Relationship Manager - LATAM">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in the LATAM market. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven individual who understands the importance of building strong relationships with customers.

As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive customer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.">
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.">
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM region's financial markets, cultural preferences, and trading behavior.">
  • Experience using CRM platforms and other software tools.">
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.">
  • Highly motivated and dynamic personality with excellent time management skills.">
