The Role:

• Shape the future of operations and risk-leading data-driven and innovative AI/ML solutions across the organization. You will drive AI research and products to automate processes, optimizing risk and operation alerts
• Identify AI/ML Opportunities: Translate business needs into clear AI-driven product strategies, requirements and roadmaps that align with business goals and technological capabilities
• Lead AI/ML Initiatives: Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML initiatives, from research to production, leveraging advanced models and algorithms to strengthen operations
• Act as your product domain's primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success
• Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic plan through an agile workflow
• Lead the ideation, development and execution of product initiatives/features that drive engagement and differentiate the company's product
• Cooperate with the Analytics team to track user engagement metrics, analyze data, and optimize critical flows
• Collaborate with Compliance officers, Operations, and other business domains to identify new opportunities as well as manage existing ones
• Work closely with the Engineering teams to implement new features and continuously improve the product
• Proactively identify and overcome project barriers, driving initiatives forward with leadership and passion
• Conduct data analysis to gain insights, identify pain points, and develop data-driven solutions
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously evaluate and apply the latest AI/ML trends, ensuring that the product evolves to meet both current and future needs

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management from leading tech companies, preferably B2C with marketplace orientation
• Strong ability to define KPIs and leverage data to track product performance and achieve business goals
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems
• Strong understanding of how product use cases affect data modelling, infrastructure, and analytics and the ability to prioritize product features based on business objectives and ROI
• Successful track record of launching products on time and making an impact
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into scalable product solutions
• Exceptional UX skills and experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork across functions
• Analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions
• Passion for technology, design, mobile, social, and online trends, as well as the future of Fintech and disruptive products in the industry
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements
