It is the largest company in the Group's portfolio and one of the most trusted partners in the iGaming sector in relation to payments. It was founded in 2020 with the intent of breaking down industry specific barriers when it comes to banking. Licensed in multiple jurisdictions, process over 2bn in payments annually and boast a strong team of professionals which continues to grow year on year.
The Role
As the CRM Systems Specialist you will own and optimize the end-to-end processes that power the company's operational systems and tools.
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of different platforms (e.g., Intercom, JIRA, Zendesk), ensuring information is structured, accessible, and aligned to business needs.
- Integrate new tools and maintain current systems to support Ops workflows, minimize downtime, and drive performance across platforms.
- Lead the first 6-month setup and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives - evaluating inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and executing upgrades.
- Improve workflows by building and maintaining automation scripts, chatbots, and other scalable solutions that enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of team-wide communication channels, helping teams stay aligned and informed.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and data visualizations to provide visibility into operational performance, KPIs, and system health.
- Design and implement cross-functional projects that enhance the coordination and impact of operations, working closely with stakeholders across departments.
- Act as the go-to expert for real-time technical troubleshooting and support, helping Ops users quickly resolve issues and maintain workflow continuity.
Your Profile
You are a skilled and proactive CRM Systems Specialist. You thrive at the intersection of operations and technology developing scalable workflows, automations, and integrations while providing real-time support to ensure seamless day-to-day execution across teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, technical support, or CRM systems role within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Intercom, JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce etc, and experience with automation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for optimizing workflows and system efficiency.
- Experience in building dashboards
- Excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
What is on offer?
