Position: PPC Specialist Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work model: on site (2 days WFH per week, upon passing the probation period) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize for quality traffic and lead/acquisition goals.Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights through detailed reporting.Collaborate with creative and content teams to request or brief ad assets and materials.Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to enhance performance.Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising standards and platform-specific regulations.Identify and scale successful campaigns while managing acquisition costs efficiently. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Minimum of 3 years experience in PPC or digital performance marketing, preferably in sectors such as finance, tech, or online services.Demonstrated ability to drive high-quality, converting traffic in a digital retail or e-commerce environment.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools, platforms, and best practices.Proficiency in campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions quickly.Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced and results-driven environments.Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across department.
