The Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced Head of PPC / Paid Media Lead to take full ownership of our pay-per-click advertising efforts across multiple platforms and markets. This role is crucial in driving new customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, and ensuring all PPC initiatives align with the company's broader strategic growth goals.

What you will do

  • PPC Strategy & Execution
  • Own and manage the end-to-end PPC strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and others.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve target benchmarks for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Performance Optimization
  • Design and execute testing strategies (A/B tests, multivariate experiments, audience segmentation) to improve CTR, CVR, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Apply advanced bidding strategies and audience targeting techniques.
  • Budget & Forecasting
  • Manage budget allocation, spend efficiency, and forecasting across all PPC channels.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and business objectives.
  • Share insights to enhance cross-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists, building a results-driven and data-focused culture.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience & Expertise
  • 4–6+ years of proven experience in PPC and performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting platforms.
  • Experience working with analytics tools, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of campaign metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, LTV).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Experience in testing frameworks and landing page optimization.
  • Leadership & Communication
  • Previous experience managing a team or external PPC agencies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to connect PPC strategies to broader business goals.
  • Commercially minded with a data-driven approach.
