We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer (L1) to join a well-established international hosting and infrastructure provider based in Larnaca. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for IT support, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role offers a hybrid work model, growth potential, and the chance to work with a collaborative and experienced engineering team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Technical Support Engineer (L1), you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support for web hosting matters (cPanel, DNS, Email) as well as for networking and server queries. You will work closely with the L2 and L3 teams for training, troubleshooting and escalation matters. Duties & Responsibilities Providing technical support to customers via tickets and chat.Diagnosing and resolving issues related to various OS environments.Monitoring server performance and assisting with proactive maintenance.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.Assisting with the deployment and configuration of new servers. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support or system administration roleFamiliarity with virtualization technologies, and basic networking skillsSome experience with Windows Server and Linux OSCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
