We are a growing project management company specializing in delivering complex construction projects across residential, commercial and public sectors. Our mission is to provide clients with reliable, timely, and cost-efficient project delivery, backed by technical expertise and a hands-on management approach.

We are seeking a highly-organized and proactive 
Project Coordinator
 to join our team in Larnaca. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, construction, or procurement and will be responsible for supporting project execution from initiation through completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Support Project Managers in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Assist in managing project resources, procurement processes, and logistics.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and report variances to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project files, communications, and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
    .
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant industry roles.
  • Strong awareness of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek (Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
