We're looking for a performance-driven PPC/Media Buyer to spearhead our paid acquisition efforts in Latin America.
Role Overview:
As a PPC/Media Buyer for the LATAM market, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads and account sign-ups through paid digital channels. Youll execute highly targeted and compliant campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other regional advertising platforms, ensuring optimized performance within the regulatory frameworks governing financial services in LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-performing PPC campaigns targeting LATAM audiences across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and native platforms.
- Optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Implement localized strategies aligned with regional market behavior, economic trends, and user preferences.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to tailor messaging for different LATAM countries (e.g. Colombia, Mexico, Argentina).
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all ads meet regulatory standards set by financial authorities in each market.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop culturally relevant, compelling ad creatives.
- Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies for conversion improvement.
- Analyze performance data and provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 24+ years of experience in PPC/media buying, with a focus on financial services or forex/CFD products.
- Strong command of advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads. Programmatic /native/DSP/LinkedIn B2B platforms big advantage.
- Proven success managing LATAM campaigns in Spanish speaking markets.
- Knowledge of LATAM advertising regulations, especially within the finance/forex space.
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience with lead generation funnels and multi-channel attribution models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for a forex, crypto, or fintech company.
- Familiarity with affiliate traffic and media buying via DSPs.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
