We are a group of innovative companies building products in the fast-moving online dating and affiliate marketing space. Our media buying team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to help scale campaigns, optimize performance, and increase revenue across new geos and products.

As a
Senior Media Buyer
, you will manage high-spend campaigns (€150k–€200k/month) with a focus on profitability and growth. You will take full ownership of strategy, testing, and optimization across adult traffic networks, ensuring campaigns hit eCPA/eCPL targets and scale efficiently.

You'll work closely with the
Media Buying team
and collaborate with your peers to push campaigns to new heights while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

What you'll do:

  • Own campaign strategy, optimization, and scaling across networks like
    ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, Adsterra
    , and others.
  • Focus initially on 1–2 platforms to build momentum, gradually scaling spend to €150k–€200k/month with 25–30% expected profit.
  • Test creatives, traffic segments, and funnel strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with adult traffic regulations and network policies.
  • Track performance and report results clearly using platforms such as
    Voluum, RedTrack, Binom
    , or similar.
  • Collaborate with the media buying team to align strategies and share learnings.

What we are looking for:

Must-haves:

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing paid media in the adult vertical (dating, cams, VOD, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with NSFW content.
  • Track record of scaling campaigns with solid ROI and hitting eCPA/eCPL goals.
  • Strong command of funnel strategy, creative testing, traffic segmentation, and adult traffic compliance.
  • Proficiency with tracking platforms and data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced understanding of media buying metrics (CTR, CVR, FTD, SOI/DOI, ARPU, retention).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with programmatic or RTB buying, SSPs/DSPs.
  • Familiarity with API-based campaign automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of compliance and age-verification frameworks in EU/UK/US markets.
  • Direct relationships with adult publishers.

The Ideal Candidate:

Analytical yet creative. You love testing angles, dissecting funnels, and scaling what works. You are comfortable managing large daily budgets, tracking granular KPIs, iterating fast, and navigating the unique challenge of profitable, compliant adult media buying.

Success in the first 3 months:

  • Focus on 1–2 platforms and scale spend gradually toward €150k–€200k/month.
  • Deliver campaigns with 25–30% profit while optimizing performance and compliance.
  • Integrate smoothly into the media buying team and share strategies and insights.
