We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to take ownership of our clients' outbound sales in a global role, focusing on the US market.

This role involves driving the full outbound sales cycle, from initial outreach and demo delivery to long-term relationship-building and deal closure. You will work closely with IT and C-level stakeholders through a consultative, long-cycle sales process.

You will be responsible for delivering in-depth product demos, there is no solutions engineer involved, so a passion for learning complex software is essential. You will be supported by a marketing and business development team, with outreach channels including email campaigns, partner referrals, webinars, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure
  • Deliver technical demos and guide stakeholders through a consultative buying journey
  • Understand customer pain points and tailor messaging to address real-world challenges
  • Manage pipeline using Salesforce and maintain full accountability for targets
  • Share insights with leadership to influence strategy and positioning
  • Represent the company at global trade shows

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate technical solutions to senior decision-makers
  • Located in Cyprus or open to relocating (relocation support provided)
  • At least 5 years of success in long-cycle, consultative B2B sales
  • ERP or bolt-on software sales experience is highly desirable
  • Technically curious, highly self-motivated, and able to learn independently
  • Confident in managing pipelines and reporting through Salesforce CRM
