Your Background

  • Engineering degree
    (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Power Systems); MBA is a plus
  • 5-8 years
    of technical or solutions sales in marine, power generation, microgrids, or BESS
  • Track record of
    winning complex projects
    involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and tendering skills; able to hold your own in
    C-suite discussions
  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    Greek
    strongly preferred
  • A proactive
    hunter-closer
    with integrity, structure, and drive

across Cyprus from
marine propulsion systems
to
cutting-edge power generation
and
energy storage (BESS)
.

You will be the key force behind expanding our presence in
marine, power generation, and renewable energy
markets, leading pursuits, building partnerships, and winning complex, high-value projects.

What You will Be Doing

  • Own revenue growth across
    Marine, Power Generation, and Energy Storage
    portfolios
  • Build a
    strong sales pipeline
    connecting with shipyards, utilities, EPCs, and developers
  • Negotiate, close, and deliver
    multimillion-euro projects in the marine and energy sectors
  • Develop the Cyprus
    Oil & Gas market entry plan
    and identify early opportunities
  • Represent MTU at
    industry events
    , delivering impactful client presentations.
