Role summary

As a Lawyer at Fine Life Limassol, you will play a key role in advising on commercial and corporate legal matters, with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector. The position requires strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, regulatory familiarity, and the ability to liaise with governmental bodies and external advisors. This role is ideal for a motivated professional seeking exposure to complex cross-border projects and dynamic energy-related transactions.

Requirements and Responsibilities

· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of the Group's commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including energy-related contracts (PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, joint ventures, and project finance documents).

· Experience or interest in the renewable energy sector and familiarity with the energy market.

· Familiarity with permitting requirements and procedures for renewable energy projects, and assisting in the preparation and submission of related applications to regulatory authorities.

· Capability to liaise with governmental authorities and regulators, such as the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA), the Transmission System Operator of Cyprus (TSOC), and the Ministry of Energy.

· Liaison and communication with external advisors, associates, engineers, customers, and partners of the Group.

· Provision of legal guidance and support, including administrative support, throughout the lifecycle of energy-related projects—from initial development and financing to construction, operation, and potential asset acquisition.

· Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions or new projects for the Group.

· Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.

· Self-motivated and willing to learn.

· Pleasant personality, good communication skills, reliable, and attentive to detail.

Salary:
The monthly gross salary will be 3k gross, 13 salary and bonuses.
