We are currently looking for a qualified and detail-oriented
Corporate Lawyer
. The ideal candidate should have proven experience and in-depth knowledge of
Cypriot and English corporate and contract law
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, including purchase and sale (gift) agreements for securities and real estate; loan agreements; assignment and novation agreements; service contracts; lease agreements; NDAs; and other legal instruments.
  • Supporting the preparation and legal review of corporate documents, including shareholder resolutions and the organization and conduct of shareholder meetings.
  • Assisting in the legal analysis and due diligence of documents related to Russian and foreign legal entities.
  • Advising employees and clients on a wide range of legal matters.
  • Providing legal support for real estate transactions.
  • Carrying out other assignments from the head of the legal department as part of legal support for internal and client-related transactions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law and admission to the Cyprus Bar (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate and contract law
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Cypriot and English corporate and commercial law
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Russian and Greek is an advantage
