About the Role

Our client, a global leader in iGaming and digital entertainment, is looking for a skilled
Software AI Chatbot Developer
to join their development team in Limassol. This is a unique opportunity to work on AI-powered solutions that directly impact the experience of millions of users worldwide.

You will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot and AI automation systems that respond to customer inquiries and optimize operational efficiency. This role blends AI innovation with practical deployment, combining deep learning models and NLP techniques with real-world product integration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered chatbots for handling customer queries via email and messaging
  • Maintain and enhance existing in-house AI and chatbot systems
  • Integrate chatbots into broader platforms and backend systems, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product leads
  • Optimize ML models for real-time performance and system stability
  • Stay current with AI industry trends and proactively apply new technologies
  • Support internal development workflows and documentation as part of the broader software engineering team

What our client is looking for

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience
    developing AI systems or chatbot frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of
    machine learning, NLP, model training, and deployment
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as
    TensorFlow, LangChain, Dialogflow, Rasa
    , or equivalent
  • Experience working with
    SQL databases
  • Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and system integration skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
