The Role

We are seeking an AI & Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions across our commercial and operational functions. This role will be instrumental in scaling our lead generation, client engagement, and internal workflows through intelligent automation.

**Key Responsibilities


• AI SDR Development & Management: Build, deploy, and refine AI-powered SDR agents for lead generation, prospect outreach, and nurturing c

ampaigns.


• CRM Automation: Design workflows and integrations (HubSpot, LinkedIn, email sequences, etc.) to streamline client acquisition and lifecycle management.


• Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in internal operations (sales, marketing, compliance intake, client onboarding) and deploy AI/RPA tools to enhance efficiency.


• Data-Driven Insights: Use AI models and analytics to provide actionable insights on client behavior, campaign performance, and market opportunities.


•
Experimentation & Innovation: Pilot new AI/automation tools, evaluate ROI, and scale those that bring measurable business impact.


• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align automation strategies with company goals.


• Compliance Awareness: Ensure AI and automation deployments follow GDPR, data privacy, and industry regulatory standards.

**What We're Looking For


• Proven experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, LangChain, etc.).


• Strong technical understanding of conversational AI, RPA, and workflow automation.


• Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing automation highly preferred.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure impact (KPIs, conversion metrics, pipeline contribution).


• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited about scaling a fast-growing fintech brand.
