About the Company

Finera is building a next-generation payments and financial services ecosystem, integrating advanced technology with compliance, risk management, and customer-centric design. To accelerate this vision, we are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across all business units.

About the Role

As AI Solutions Architect, you will design and implement AI-driven solutions that empower every department at Finera—spanning IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Customer Success, Legal, and Risk & Compliance. You will own the strategy and execution of AI initiatives, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy & Architecture
  • Define Finera's AI roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Architect scalable AI solutions using modern frameworks (LLMs, RAG, LangChain, vector databases).

  • Translate business needs into technical AI implementations.

  • Solution Development & Integration

  • Build AI copilots and automation tools for Finance (forecasting, anomaly detection), Sales (lead scoring, CRM insights), Marketing (campaign optimization, content generation), Customer Success (churn prediction, upsell intelligence), Customer Support (AI-augmented ticket handling), and Legal/Risk (contract review, AML/KYC automation, regulatory reporting).
  • Integrate AI into Finera's core systems (Payments Gateway, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Tableau, Data Warehouse, Kestra, Airbyte).

  • Ensure scalability and maintainability of AI solutions.

  • Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all AI deployments comply with PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, AML/KYC, and Finera's internal security policies.
  • Define standards for ethical AI usage, transparency, and bias mitigation.

  • Partner with Legal and Risk to embed AI into compliance monitoring and reporting.

  • Enablement & Change Management

  • Educate and empower departments to adopt AI safely and effectively.
  • Develop best practices, training, and internal documentation.

  • Act as the AI evangelist inside the company, bridging business and technical teams.

  • Team & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts.
  • Evaluate and manage AI vendors, APIs, and tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, RegTech solutions, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Experience
  • 8+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or Solutions Architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing AI-powered solutions in fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.

  • Experience deploying AI in cross-functional contexts (sales, marketing, finance, compliance, customer operations).

  • Skills

  • Strong foundation in LLMs, NLP, ML pipelines, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, RAG, Temporal/Kestra).
  • Hands-on with AI APIs and enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Tableau, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, DORA, GDPR, AML/KYC).
