We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a law graduate who wishes to gain practical corporate experience and contribute to the smooth operation of the legal department. The role combines administrative and legal support with responsibility for overseeing GDPR-related processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and maintaining legal and corporate records.
  • Reviewing simple agreements and legal documents.
  • Drafting board minutes and assisting with other basic corporate documents.
  • Supporting the organization and administration of the corporate department.
  • Assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Providing hands-on support in GDPR compliance and data protection matters.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from a recognized university.
  • Around five years of experience in GDPR.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance and legal documents.
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge and practical experience in GDPR compliance and data protection regulations (academic or professional).
  • Advise management and staff on GDPR obligations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
