Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Real Estate Broker to become the Responsible Director of our Cypriot entity in Limassol.

This role combines executive responsibility, regulatory representation, and strategic business development within Cyprus and the EU market.

As the licensed director, you will represent the company before the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Council (CREAA), oversee all brokerage operations, and collaborate with our international leadership to develop and scale our network of properties, clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Licensing


• Act as the Responsible Officer for the company under the Real Estate Agents Law 71(I)/2010.


• Ensure full compliance with local real-estate regulations, advertising standards, and annual license renewals.


• Maintain valid professional indemnity insurance and CREAA membership.


• Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities during audits, filings, or renewals.

Operations & Sales Leadership


• Lead and manage the local brokerage team in Limassol.


• Oversee onboarding of new properties (residential, investment, and commercial).


• Negotiate and close rental and sales agreements within company standards.


• Ensure data integrity across all listings and client portfolios on the Black-Box digital platform.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Valid Real Estate Agent License issued by the Cyprus Real Estate Agents Council (CREAA).


• Resident in Cyprus (Limassol preferred).


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in brokerage, property management, or investment real estate.


• Proven leadership background or previous role as managing agent / senior broker.


• Strong understanding of EU real-estate market trends and client behavior.


• Fluent in English (Greek and russian is an advantage).


• High ethical standards, regulatory awareness, and attention to compliance.


• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and PropTech solutions.
