What you'll do

  • Create pipeline:
    Map ICP (Real estate developers, Agents, funds, PropTech partners), multithread outreach, book qualified meetings.
  • Demo online:
    Outcome-led walkthroughs of
    QualleHub & Flatex
    for multi-stakeholder groups.
  • Meet offline:
    Site visits, broker breakfasts, conferences—build momentum and trust.
  • Close deals:
    Discovery → solution fit → proposal → negotiation → subscription.
  • Upsell & expand:
    Services, onboarding, integrations; scale pilots into multi-project rollouts.
  • Own relationships:
    Exec maps, renewal protection, expansion.
  • Business development:
    Channels with agencies, broker networks, portals; co-sell.

What you bring

  • 1–5 years B2B
    full-cycle
    sales (SaaS preferred). PropTech/real estate/construction tech a plus.
  • Strong discovery and stakeholder management (sales, marketing, brokers, finance, ownership).
  • Confident in online demos + in-person selling; crisp, concise communication.
  • Pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Fluent English; bonus for regional languages (e.g., Greek/Polish/Russian).

Nice to have

  • Network with developers, brokers, or PE-backed portfolios.
  • Track record converting
    pilots → multi-project subscriptions
    .
  • Comfortable with Telegram/WhatsApp/LinkedIn/email cadences and mutual action plans.
