As the Information Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting the company&ss information assets. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the security measures necessary to ensure the safety of their data, systems, and networks. This role requires a solid understanding of security protocols, risk management, and compliance standards, combined with a hands-on approach to daily security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Security Strategy Implementation: Implement and manage security strategies that align with the company&ss goals to protect against current and emerging threats.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to the organization's information assets. Ensure risk management processes are in place to address potential security incidents.
  • Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and followed across the organization.
  • Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, managing the process to ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor security systems to detect potential threats, and report on security performance to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the IT department to integrate security measures into all aspects of the company's operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an information security role, preferably within fintech, iGaming, or e-commerce industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of security systems, including firewalls, encryption, and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Risk Management Skills: Experience in risk assessment and management, with the ability to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective controls.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with relevant security regulations and standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH are preferred.
