Job Opening: IT Support Specialist

Wo.Box Consulting is seeking, on behalf of its client, an
experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist
for a full-time position in Cyprus.

The ideal candidate will provide on-site and remote support across various projects, working with
Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and networking environments
. Flexibility and willingness to travel across Cyprus are essential.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide technical support to staff across multiple sites


• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software


• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)


• Support Azure and Active Directory environments


• Configure VPNs and troubleshoot network issues (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs)


• Implement cybersecurity and data protection policies


Requirements:


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Azure


• Experience with Active Directory and networking


• Excellent command of Greek and English


• Valid driving license & flexibility to travel frequently


Preferred Certifications:


• Microsoft Certified (Azure / Modern Desktop)


• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
