Our core services include full legal support for large companies - from company and trademark registration to obtaining various licenses and developing business strategies.

As it is now entering a phase of significant expansion, we are looking for a
Corporate administrator

to join our team.

Key tasks in the job:

  • Prepare corporate secretarial documentation (directors' resolutions, shareholders' resolutions, minutes of meetings) for Cyprus companies
  • Maintain corporate registers of Cyprus companies
  • Prepare and submit filings with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
  • Handle office administrative tasks
  • Set up and coordinate client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in corporate secretarial administration, maintaining company records and making filings with the Registrar of Companies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, diligence, punctuality and time management skills
  • Ability to manage client communications and liaise effectively with an international audience and local parties
