Corporate Administrator

Our firm is growing and we are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and responsible individual with a positive approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills , who should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate responsibility for all given tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the administration and day-to-day management of corporate entities.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records and registers.
- Draft, review, and file corporate documents (e.g., resolutions, minutes, filings with authorities).
- Handle correspondence with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with banks for account openings and administration, prepare bank forms, and maintain client records.
- Collect and update Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for new and existing clients, adhering to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative and compliance projects.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years work experience in a similar field
- University degree
- A basic understanding of KYC and AML regulations
- Strong ability to manage tasks, maintain order, and interact effectively with others.
- Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail, strong numerical skills and results driven attitude
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
