Role Summary

We're looking for a strategic CFO to lead financial operations in a fast-growing fintech company. You'll drive growth, optimize unit economics, and prepare the business for investment and expansion. With deep fintech expertise and strong leadership, you'll build scalable financial systems and guide the company through key milestones like fundraising and M&A.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to support sustainable business growth and expansion into new markets
  • Build scalable budgeting and forecasting models aligned with the company's growth trajectory
  • Oversee and optimize unit economics, cash flow management, and operational profitability
  • Design financial models for new products, including risk assessment and investment return analysis
  • Prepare the company for fundraising activities; manage relationships with investors, banks, and venture funds
  • Lead and grow the finance team; establish robust management reporting processes and drive automation across financial operations
  • Ensure full compliance with fintech regulatory requirements and international financial reporting standards

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience as CFO or Head of Finance in a fintech company or bank
  • Deep understanding of financial models for B2B fintech products and payment services
  • Proven strategic planning skills and experience working with investors (M&A, venture funding, IPO experience is a plus)
  • Strong track record in managing unit economics and financial KPIs in high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of IFRS and regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech
  • Exceptional leadership skills and ability to build financial processes from the ground up
