Why are we introducing Product Ops

Think of Product Ops as the pit-crew for our product org - the crew that keeps the car running at optimal speed while the drivers (PMs, designers, engineers) focus on steering, innovation, and delivering value.
Digital product work is unpredictable - delays, messy data, broken handoffs, tool chaos - those can easily turn "sprints" into sludge. Product Ops is what stands between that chaos and the ability to deliver clean, high-velocity, high-quality work.
Instead of building the product itself, Product Ops builds and runs the operating system - frameworks, tools, workflows - so that the rest of the org can move fast, aligned, and without friction.
Product Ops isn't "just operations" - instead, it's a force multiplier.

What You Will Own

– Product governance & execution framework: planning, prioritization, roadmap governance, delivery quality
– Product & delivery standards: creation, rollout, scaling
– Product & delivery metrics: velocity, predictability, quality - dashboards & reporting
– Team management: Design & Tech Writing as a single service function with clear SLA & capacity planning
– Customer feedback system: collection, structuring, and integration into discovery & planning
– Operational partnership with the CPO on execution, optimization, and scaling topics

Our Ideal Candidate

– Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Delivery, or Program Management, driving complex initiatives from idea to impact
– A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work - and keep working as teams grow
– Hands-on people leadership experience, supporting teams, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar
– Strong command of planning, discovery, and delivery, with confidence in:

- prioritisation and roadmap governance
- capacity planning and SLAs
- product and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality)

– Fluency with modern product tools: Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
– A data-driven mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity
